3. NFT ARTWORK AND LICENSE

Ownership

When you hold a Seabirds NFT, you own the token on the blockchain. You do not acquire the underlying copyright. Copyright stays with the project and its contributors.

Your license

• You have a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display your NFT artwork for non-commercial use.
• You may display it on social media, marketplaces, galleries, streams, and virtual spaces.

Bird's Coin (BRC)

• BRC is not a financial instrument. It is not an investment, security, or deposit.
• BRC is not listed on exchanges and has no real-world value.
